Stadio Comunale ships all over the world with both postal and courier services. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
FEDEX - This service covers Europe, North America, Central America, Asia, Africa, South America and Oceania. It can be delivered to the destination in about 2 to 5 working days. Delivery days: Monday-Friday only, excluding public holidays. Requires signature? Yes
SF EXPRESS - This service covers Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan and it can be delivered to the destination in about 2 to 8 working days. Delivery days: Monday-Friday only, excluding public holidays Requires signature? Yes
SPEEDPOST - Hong Kong Post - This service covers Asia, United States, Canada, UK, Australia and it can be delivered to the destination in about 4 to 15 working days. Requires signature? Yes.
VANTAGE COURRIER - This new service of Hong kong Post that combines the advantages of the postal and high-quality international express companies to provide an economical and fast one-stop international delivery service. This service covers the United Kingdom (GB), United States, Australia and New Zealand and it can be delivered to the destination in about 4 to 15 working days. The mail has a tracking function and a 7x24 online inquiry platform or hotline. Requires signature? Yes.
Delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day, but we cannot change these after your order is placed. Estimated arrival dates can be found in order confirmation emails above the product information - this is the first email we send to you after your order is created. Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to remove or amend these delivery options without notice.
Duty and Import
Charges Customers are responsible for all duties and import charges. Prices quoted are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be taxed when the package reaches your destination country.
Paying any customs duty, import taxes and duty charges are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Once you have paid any charges, your online shop order will be delivered to you.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be.
Return Policy
Stadio Comunale aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, unworn with their hang tags still attached. Once item(s) are received and inspected, a credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Please note:
- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In the shipment you place the unworn products with all original labels, hang tags and original packaging.
- Items purchased online are not returnable in-store.
- In-store purchases are only refundable in-store.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. For any enquiries please email sales@stadiocomunale.com stating your Order ID. Returns that are damaged, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
